Synegen's humble beginnings date back to 2001 when Northern Illinois University graduate Steve Karlovitz founded the firm with four employees, two clients, and a 300 square foot office. The new 8000 square foot, loft-like office space, located at One Pierce Place in Itasca, IL, is a far cry from the past. "I wanted our space to be fresh and uncluttered, a place where our employees are comfortable and can reach their most creative potential," said Karlovitz.
