Victory Ventures Provides Corporate Update on Victory 1 and 2 Claims, Sheslay Valley

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb 3, 2014) - Victory Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VVN)(VV0.F) (the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its 100% owned claims in the Telegraph Creek area of the Sheslay Valley located in the Stikine Mining Division of northwest British Columbia.

Much has been written lately about the Sheslay Valley being considered to be an emerging world-class copper-gold porphyry mining camp. Garibaldi Resources Corp. announced a major expansion of its Grizzly Property as well as the acquisition of the Hat East and Hat East 2 claims. Garibaldi has recently announced an aggressive 2014 exploration program including a scheduled first-ever drill program. Double View Capital Corp. announced that it had recently drilled 0.32% copper equivalent over 313.11 metres and they are of the opinion that their discovery qualifies as a copper-gold alkali porphyry-type deposit (news release dated January 20th, 2014). Other miners in the area include Prosper Gold, where five porphyry targets have been identified to date, Teck Resources and Romios Gold Resources Inc.

Victory Ventures recognizes the exploration potential of the Victory claims as well as the adjacent Grizzly property. The new Victory 1 and Victory 2 claims are underlain by similar Stuhini Group rocks of Upper Triassic age as found on the Grizzly property, typically porphyritic volcanic flows with lesser tuffs and tuffaceous siltstones. The Victory claims lie within 2 to 3 kilometers west of the Grizzly and nearby Kid mineral copper-gold showings near the western boundary of the Triassic age Kaketsa Pluton, which measures approximately 4 km by 5.6 km in surface extent. Both the Grizzly and Kid showings are intimately associated with a north to northwesterly satellitic tongue of the main body of the Kaketsa pluton, with possible extensions onto the Victory claims.

Victory Ventures intends to carry out an assessment of its claims as early as possible.
