Video Illustrates How To Find Denver Office Space With Crelow
MINNEAPOLIS, MN / ACCESSWIRE / September 16, 2016 / Crelow.com, the commercial real estate industry's first and only demand-driven online marketplace for office space, announced today that it has created a video that shows tenants and tenant reps in Denver how they can post office space requirements in minutes. Crelow was inspired to create the video after receiving positive feedback from users who were surprised by the speed and simplicity of the process.
Roughly two minutes in length, the video is narrated by Pat Hagen, Crelow CCO and Co-Founder. Hagen illustrates how a tenant or tenant rep seeking office space in Denver can create a free "Bid Request" describing what they are looking for and post it on a public Deal Board where interested landlords and landlord reps can respond with customized office space "Bids" in return.

A Bid Request can be created on nearly any type of computer, tablet or mobile device by following a simple sequence. As the video shows, the user first draws a shape on a Denver map indicating the preferred location for the office space they are seeking. They then enter the number of employees who will occupy the space and the workplace "vibe" that best describes their office culture.
This is followed by an indication of their preferred building style. Rather than require industry-specific building class terminology, Crelow allows the user to describe their preferences using plain English such as "Sleek & Elegant" or "Historic." In subsequent steps, the user adds additional details to their Bid Request including the amount of space needed and how it should be configured, as well as the types of amenities desired in both the building and surrounding neighborhood.
Crelow then enables the user to name their price range and list the types of financial information they will be able to provide the landlord before signing a lease. With one final click, the completed Bid Request is posted to the Denver Deal Board where all landlords and landlord reps in the Denver market can see it. The video explains how these bidders can respond with free Bids of their own and how Crelow then introduces the two sides of the marketplace at the request of the tenant or tenant rep.
After Crelow was founded in Minneapolis/St. Paul in January 2015, the company selected Denver as its second market following thorough research.
