TWST: The United States looks like a great opportunity for Net Element. How are you responding to these developments?

Mr. Firer: We are still growing, and we are going to continue to expand. In the United States, we believe that we have proved to everybody that we have the capability for huge growth. It's executing on new innovations that's going to be important for Unified Payments. But at the same time, when we execute new technologies and new verticals that we are going to be penetrating in the U.S., we will be able to take these solutions that we create here and bring them overseas.

So I don't see these two markets, the emerging markets and United States markets, as separate efforts. The products are obviously going to be used in both markets, and we believe by having the population of merchants that we have in United States, we will definitely have a testing ground to test any type of products here that we want to bring overseas.

TWST: What is the single greatest opportunity for Net Element over the next couple of years? Is there a chain of events that could lead the company to really exceed expectations in the future?

Mr. Firer: It's using our expertise to take the leadership position in other sectors within the mobile payments and mobile commerce business. Coupled with some of the acquisitions that we'll be looking to do in the future, we believe it really positions Net Element to take the leadership position and be known as the premier mobile payments company.
