Wood Partners Promotes Veteran Construction Manager

As Construction Director, Mark Theriault to Oversee Design, Estimating and Construction for All Projects in Company's Northeast Region

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2014) - Wood Partners has promoted Mark Theriault, a veteran multifamily construction manager with more than 18 years of experience, to director of construction for the Northeast Region. Theriault will be responsible for the design, estimating and construction of all projects in Wood Partners' Northeast Region. He will be based in Wood Partners' Boston office.

"Mark has been a critical member of our construction team as we have worked through some complicated construction deals," said Wood Partners' chairman and CEO Ryan Dearborn. "We believe he will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow our presence in the Northeast Region."

Over the course of his career, Theriault has managed all types of residential construction, including over 5,000 multifamily housing units. At Wood Partners, he has served as regional construction manager and has been responsible for all construction activities in the Northeast. He began his career as an assistant project manager with Toll Brothers in 1995. In 1999, he joined JPI, where he worked his way up from assistant superintendent to director of construction for the Northeast.

Theriault earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Massachusetts in 1993. He has a Construction Supervisors license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
