What to Watch on Wall Street for the Week of December 29th

As we head into the final few trading days of 2014, there is plenty of economic data to look out for next week. On Tuesday, the S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index will be released at 9am. At 10am another reading on consumer confidence by The Conference Board. As for Wednesday, look out for jobless claims at 8:30am, and the pending home sales index at 10am from the National Association of Realtors. The markets are closed on Thursday January 1st for New Year's Day. Though New Year's Eve is a full trading day. And on Friday, we'll keep our eyes out for the ISM Manufacturing Index at 10am.
