Anthropologie Is Having a Major Sale This Weekend, Including Tons of Beauty Products

Anthropologie is the go-to shop for a lot of things: dresses for friends' weddings, cute tops that say "I'm professional but listen to very cool music," artsy mugs bearing your first initial, and that Pilcro brand of jeans that never fail to make my butt look awesome. But much to my embarrassment, despite how often I find myself at the nearest store and on the Anthropologie app, I always forget what a solid source of beauty products the retailer is. And this weekend, those beauty products are 30 percent off, along with literally everything else.

There was a time when Anthropologie had a pretty limited beauty department. Mixed in among the home section would be a few indie perfumes, maybe a lip balm in a vintage-y tin or soaps wrapped in paper so beautiful that you'd never dare remove it, dirty hands be damned. And products like that are still available — Claus Porto soaps and Outremer fragrances, for example — but there's so much more now. And that's especially true of anthropologie.com and the Anthropologie app, where you may be surprised by some of the brands you'll find.

In addition to lesser-known, gorgeously packaged brands like French Girl and Caolion, there are popular, high-performance brands, like Sunday Riley and Pixi, that will make you wonder if you stumbled into a Sephora or Ulta. You can even find some of the most high-tech skin-care devices at Anthropologie these days. And through Sunday, you can find them for 30 percent off — that's a bigger discount than a lot of beauty brands and retailers offered during their Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.

I highly recommend taking your time looking through Anthropologie's beauty subcategories for exactly what you or those on your holiday gift list want most, but if you're looking for a place to start, here are some of the most tempting deals. I have no doubt you'll find it easy to meet the $50 minimum for free shipping.
