CARMICHAELS, Pa. (AP) _ CB Financial Services Inc. (CBFV) on Monday reported second-quarter earnings of $1.1 million.

The bank, based in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, said it had earnings of 22 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 34 cents per share.

The holding company for Pennsylvania-based Community Bank posted revenue of $12.8 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $11.3 million, falling short of Street forecasts.

CB Financial Services shares have increased 9 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $32.75, a climb of 22 percent in the last 12 months.
