MANSFIELD, Pa. (AP) _ Citizens Financial Services Inc. (CZFS) on Friday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $4.5 million.

The bank, based in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, said it had earnings of $1.29 per share.

The bank posted revenue of $17.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $14.2 million, which did not meet Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $18 million, or $5.14 per share. Revenue was reported as $54.9 million.

Citizens Financial Services shares have increased almost 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Friday, shares hit $56, a decline of almost 9 percent in the last 12 months.
