Critical Outcome Technologies Files Revised 2013 Annual Financial Statements Due to Clerical Error

LONDON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 4, 2013) - Critical Outcome Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:COT) ("COTI" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has filed revised financial statements for its fiscal year ending April 30, 2013. The financial statements previously filed on SEDAR on August 27, 2013, contained clerical errors made in preparing the electronic filing that resulted in a filing that did not conform to the financial statements approved by the Board. These errors had no effect on the earnings or assets previously reported and did not affect the results reported by press release or the disclosures set out in the Company's Management Discussion and Analysis as previously filed.
