The new version of Field Force Manager, the flagship workforce management application for which DecisionPoint developed a hardware, software, service and support kit for Verizon, helps companies manage and empower employees in the field with work tools and new enhancements for use on rugged handheld computers. The FFM Pro Kit couples these enterprise class devices with comprehensive, no fault maintenance, provisioning, professional services and support.
