Dunkin' fans will probably agree: The hardest part about grabbing a morning coffee from there is resisting the donuts. Don't get me wrong, I'm obviously Team Donut, but...not every day. Lucky for you and me and anyone else trying to eat a better breakfast, Dunkin' just launched two new breakfast bowls that sound super filling-and are basically the fast-food version of what you'd order at a diner or trendy breakfast joint.

There's the Egg White Bowl, made with egg whites, spinach, roasted potatoes, cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions. It has 14 grams of protein and 250 calories. If you're eating paleo or Whole30, this one almost makes the cut...you'd just have to get it without cheese.

For a heartier breakfast, there's the Sausage Scramble Bowl. It's made with scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar jack cheese, peppers, and onions. Keto fans, this one's for you. For those counting, it has 21 grams of protein and 450 calories.

Both come on the heels of January's Power Breakfast Sandwich, which is also a limited-time menu item, but has been "extended due to popular demand," per Tony Weisman, Dunkin’s Chief Marketing Officer. The new bowls are available now for a limited time at most Dunkin's nationwide.
