EastEnders' Ben confronts Callum over shock secret
EastEnders' Ben Mitchell will confront Callum Highway over his big secret next week.
Last week's scenes saw Callum (Tony Clay) fake the severity of an old injury during his medical assessment, in the hope it would stop him from being able to rejoin the army.
Although Callum's wish was granted, he was consumed with guilt in the aftermath and attempted to hurt himself when he thought no one was watching.
Still unaware that Ben saw this, Callum will be thrown when he is confronted over his actions in next week's episodes.
As Callum moves out of The Vic and into his new flat with Whitney, he is clearly still struggling with his emotions and ends up lashing out at Tiffany.
When Tiffany helps Whitney unpack, she is shocked when Callum snaps at her for messing around with his army uniform.
While sorting out a van with Ben later on, Callum's problems go from bad to worse when Ben reveals that he saw him hurting himself.
Despite his concerns that Ben could blow his secret, Callum unveils another surprise for Whitney by showing her the van. But will Ben tell Whitney what he saw?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Friday, May 31 at 8pm on BBC One.
