Grain futures higher on the CBOT

Cattle higher, pork lower on the CME

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was unchanged at 6.9225 a bushel; December corn was 1.75 cents higher at $4.35 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $3.1675 a bushel; while November soybeans were 11.25 cents higher at 12.78 a bushel.

Beef prices higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle was .33 cent higher at $1.3280 a pound; November feeder cattle was .33 cent higher at $1.6960 a pound; December lean hogs were .10 cent lower at $.8640 a pound.
