This Harry Potter Pop-Up Bar Will Make You Feel Like You're Spending Christmas In Hogsmeade
Attention, Harry Potter fans: You might want to drop everything and book it to Chicago ASAP, because a bar there just managed to recreate the vibe of a famous Harry Potter moment.
Replay Lincoln Park has created a Harry Potter-themed pop-up, taking cues from the Yule Ball in The Goblet of Fire. There, you’ll find all kinds of Harry Potter awesome, like a decorated Great Hall, the Whomping Willow, and Ollivanders wand shop, according to an Instagram post from @ChicagoBucketList.

The pop-up, which is dubbed A Very Harry Christmas, will also have Dementors to guard the bar and flags celebrating the four houses of witchcraft in the Harry Potter universe.
And, of course, the food and drink is on-point, too. A specialty cocktail menu includes things like “Buttered Bier,” which is made from vanilla vodka, butterscotch schnapps, cream soda, and whipped cream, and Wolfsbane Potion, made with Overholt rye, demerara, and Aztec chocolate bitters. You can also sip on mulled wine and drinks named after the founders of Hogwarts—Godric Gryffindor, Helga Hufflepuff, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Salazar Slytherin.
There’s Harry Potter-themed food, too, like “Hogwarts Housecup Chicken,” “Huffle Pizza Puffs,” “Pretzel Wands,” “Paddington Burger,” and “Harry Potter’s Treacle Tart,” per Food & Wine. One look on Instagram and you can tell this is definitely a pop-up you don't want to miss.
Don't wait too long, though—Replay Lincoln Park says the pop-up will only last through January 5.
