From Harper's BAZAAR

Bridal designer Lela Rose has long been known for her classic, sophisticated silhouettes with a whimsical—and at times, cheeky—flair. Just look at her latest bridal fashion shows, which are more akin to gorilla-style flash mobs in their penchant for taking over a New York City carousel or public garden with beautifully-dressed brides donning wide smiles, set amongst ample doses of florals. It's not rare that you'll see Rose's adorable dog, Bobbin, make an appearance. And with that whimsy in mind, Rose has partnered with jewelry designer Mignonne Gavigan, who launched their first bridal range last season, for a collaboration the brands are dubbing Two Worlds Collide.

This collection is for the bride who doesn't take herself too seriously, and who knows how to have fun with fashion. Earring options include dangling beaded rosé bottles, feathered swans, and oversized pearl hoops. For the bride looking for something more statement, two headbands, including a pearl crown, and an oversized bow brooch are also part of the range.

Lela Rose's bridal silhouettes tend to be sophisticated, elegant, and almost coastal in feel, at times requiring a more classic piece of fine jewelry for the aisle. And in that case, Lela Rose x Mignonne Gavigan ups the ante of any rehearsal dinner, after party, or post-nuptial brunch look, where brides are more inclined to take fashion risks and don bold accessories.

The line retails from $150-$425 on the brands' websites, along with select bridal retailers of Rose's. The collection officially debuted this past bridal fashion week on models strutting around a floral-covered fountain in Jackson Street Gardens for Lela Rose's Fall 2020 show in the West Village of New York City.
