The announcement appeared in industry publication Pensions & Investments' Dec. 10 issue, with digital highlights posted on pionline.com. SEI was ranked within the large company category, which includes companies with more than 1,000 employees. Winning companies were selected based on the results of two surveys. The first detailed hiring practices, benefits, and pay and was completed by the applying companies. The second was distributed to all full-time employees and included questions addressing employee engagement and satisfaction, career development, and work environment.
