SEI Named in Pensions & Investments' Best Places to Work in Money Management 2012
OAKS, PA--(Marketwire - Dec 10, 2012) - SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC) today announced that it was named among the top five companies in Pensions & Investments' Best Places to Work in Money Management. The announcement appeared in industry publication Pensions & Investments' Dec. 10 issue, with digital highlights posted on pionline.com. SEI was ranked within the large company category, which includes companies with more than 1,000 employees. SEI received special recognition for its work-life balance and its open environment, which encourages innovation and collaboration among employees.
Winning companies were selected based on the results of two surveys. The first detailed hiring practices, benefits, and pay and was completed by the applying companies. The second was distributed to all full-time employees and included questions addressing employee engagement and satisfaction, career development, and work environment. The results of the employee surveys, distributed by the global survey resources unit of Buck Consultants LLC, were confidential.
