THIN - Mandatory notice of trades
Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of two board members.
Jon S. Castor, newly elected board member and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 8,000,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm`s 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.
Following the transaction, Jon S. Castor and close associates hold or control 8,000,000 SRs in Thinfilm.
Kelly S. Doss, newly elected board member and primary insider in Thinfilm, today received 4,000,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm`s 2019 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.
Following the transaction, Kelly S. Doss and close associates hold or control 4,000,000 SRs in Thinfilm.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 0.15 per share. The vesting schedule for the SRs for the two new board members is 50% on the earlier of 28 May 2020 and one day prior to the 2020 Annual General Meeting, and additionally 50% on the earlier of 28 May 2021 and one day prior to the 2021 Annual General Meeting. The SRs expire on 28 May 2024.
