SILVERADO, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 12, 2014) - Resource Ventures, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: REVI) is pleased to announce today that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Hemp, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HEMP).
REVI and Hemp, Inc. have entered into a joint venture to publish "The Hemp Nation Magazine". Pursuant to the terms of the JV Agreement, Hemp, Inc. will to produce and edit all content for the industrial hemp magazine. REVI will bear responsibility for publishing the magazine. It is anticipated that hemp paper will be used for at least some of the material for publishing the magazine, including the cover.
