AKIKO FUJITA: Welcome back to "Yahoo! Finance Live." Tesla CEO Elon Musk walking into Twitter headquarters on Wednesday, carrying a sink and tweeting out, "Entering Twitter headquarters, let that sink in." Get it? Musk has until 5:00 PM on Friday to complete the deal to buy Twitter or will face the proposition of going to trial.

By the way, Elon Musk also tweeting out earlier today about why-- or reminding us all, why he decided to acquire the company, as we get closer to this deal being completed. Saying, "The reason I acquired Twitter is because it is important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square, where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner without resorting to violence." And as it feels like we've been talking about this every single day for the last few months, gonna finally be happening.

INES FERRÉ: And it's happening tomorrow. Twitter will be delisted. I mean, I think that him walking in with a sink and saying, "let that sink in," in his tweet, I think that was also comedic relief, so to speak. Entering in with some comedy there after all of the drama that we've seen with this Twitter deal. I think it was a pretty smart move--

AKIKO FUJITA: Yet--

INES FERRÉ: --as a welcome for the employees there.

AKIKO FUJITA: A few moves to look for as we get closer to this finalizing. Of course, as Ines mentioned, Twitter shares, because he is taking the company private, to be delisted, at least according to the New York Stock Exchange tomorrow. We are seeing it trade up.

Remember that price? $54.20. It's getting close to that. But it's trading at $53.94 right now. And we should also point out that Elon Musk officially buying Twitter, also seeing a pop in Dogecoin. A lot of people saying, is he going to integrate that into the platform?

INES FERRÉ: Up 14% right now, Dogecoin. But keep in mind, it was above $0.60 per Dogecoin last year. May of last year.

AKIKO FUJITA: OK, we're certainly gonna be talking about all this tomorrow. Twitter potentially could be under Elon Musk control by 5:00 PM Eastern. We're gonna be watching that story and much more.

That does it for Ines and I in this hour. We've got much more to come here in "Yahoo! Finance's Live," including big earnings from Apple and Amazon later today. Keep it right here.
