15 Senior Managers Sue NSP for Predatory Marketing and for Allegedly Stealing Sales by Going Into Direct Competition With Them and Slashing Income

Los Angeles, CA --News Direct-- Reallaw, APC

After devoting decades of their lives and hundreds of thousands of dollars to growing NSP from a company operating out of its founders' home to a world renowned manufacturer, senior and high-level managers reluctantly file suit against NSP after new management team allegedly destroys corporate culture and breaks numerous promises made repeatedly for decades by NSP to its managers.

Fifteen (15) people, including some of the most senior and highest level managers of Nature’s Sunshine Products (“NSP”), have filed suit after NSP began implementing direct sales to consumers on Amazon, Walmart and eBay after promising managers for decades that NSP would not directly compete with them. According to the lawsuit, NSP’s new marketing and business plan breaks that promise, steals customers and sales from managers, dramatically slashes their income and rejects NSP’s long-standing corporate culture. This follows the announcement by NSP management that its managers were making too much money and that the compensation structure was being fundamentally altered to benefit shareholders over the individuals who spent the past 30-40 years of their lives growing the company.

The lawsuit was filed on May 13, 2021, in the Orange County Superior Court in California, Bridge et al. v. Nature’s Sunshine Products, Case No. 30-2021-01201162-CU-BT-CXC, by Michael J. Hassen of Reallaw, APC, 925-359-7500.
