Aarón Díaz and family celebrate Pope Francis’ birthday with 'unforgettable' weekend at the Vatican
Aarón Díaz and his family were on hand to help Pope Francis celebrate his 81st birthday on December 17. The Mexican actor, his wife and their two daughters made some life-long memories during their recent visit to the Vatican. Aarón took to his Instagram on Sunday, December 17, to reflect on the trip. “This weekend was unforgettable for my family and I,” he penned. “Some of the feelings that are most important to point out are love, tenderness, respect towards others, peace and union. I hope one day you all will be blessed with this.”

Aarón, who is married to singer/actress Lola Ponce, documented some of the special moments on social media. The Quantico star shared a video of his two daughters, Erin, four, and Regina, three, sitting on his lap, while watching the Pope being seranded by young children. “Walking in the Light of God,” he captioned the video of himself holding his little girls.
