Abacus Mining Announces Issuance of Shares for Debt

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 25, 2014) - Abacus Mining and Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:AME) ("Abacus" or the "Company") announces that it has agreed, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, to issue 400,000 common shares of Abacus (the "Shares") to Ian M. MacNeily, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as consideration for certain services rendered. The Shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.065 per Share.
