Affinor Growers and Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. Amicably Resolve Washington Litigation and Agree to Dismiss the Case With Prejudice

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Apr 10, 2015) - Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. (ATTBF)(CSE:ATT) ("Abattis") wish to advise their shareholders that the litigation filed in King County, Washington State by Abattis and against Affinor, Affinor's Executive Director Nick Brusatore, and Affinor Growers LLC, has been amicably resolved and dismissed, leaving open the likelihood that the two companies will collaborate together in the future. Both parties unanimously agree that the lawsuits were both costly and time-consuming and a distraction for the growth of shareholder value for their respective companies.

Abattis will continue to pursue its claims in the Washington litigation against Herbal Analytics, LLC, James Baxter, Kaleb Lund, Lauren Hilty, and Erin Leary.
