NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — AllianceBernstein Holding LP (AB) on Thursday reported third-quarter earnings of $57 million.

The Nashville, Tennessee-based company said it had profit of 50 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 65 cents per share.

The investment management company posted revenue of $1.03 billion in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $845.8 million.

AllianceBernstein shares have declined 17% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $28.55, a fall of 20% in the last 12 months.
