The agricultural products company posted revenue of $172.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $7.5 million, or 26 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $579.4 million.

American Vanguard shares have decreased 3.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $10.59, a drop of 50% in the last 12 months.
