HOUSTON (AP) — HOUSTON (AP) — Amplify Energy Corp. (AMPY) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $43.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had net income of $1.07.

The oil and gas company posted revenue of $79 million in the period.
