While promoting her new movie I Feel Pretty on the Today show, Amy Schumer also fielded some questions about her personal life, specifically her recent surprise wedding. In case you missed it, Schumer married chef Chris Fischer back in February.

Savannah Guthrie asked her, “When did you know he’s the one?”
“I think like a month in,” Schumer replied, going on to say that they were friends for six months before dating, although once they made it official, things picked up pretty quickly. Hoda Kotb asked about their first kiss, and Schumer quipped, “This is an early show, and the movie is PG-13, but … we got down to business really quick.”
She recently told Howard Stern the same story, although with some juicier details.
Later in the Today interview, Schumer shed more light on her immediate connection with Fischer, saying, “I looked at him, and I said, ‘You, you’re it,’ and that was it!”
