BEDFORD, Mass. (AP) — BEDFORD, Mass. (AP) — Anika Therapeutics Inc. (ANIK) on Wednesday reported a loss of $63 million in its fourth quarter.

The Bedford, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of $4.30 per share.

The medical technology company posted revenue of $43 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $82.7 million, or $5.64 per share. Revenue was reported as $166.7 million.

Anika expects full-year revenue in the range of $168 million to $175 million.

Anika shares have climbed 12% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $25.40, a fall of 2.5% in the last 12 months.
