SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) — SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) — AppFolio Inc. (APPF) on Thursday reported a loss of $18.9 million in its second quarter.

The Santa Barbara, California-based company said it had a loss of 53 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, were 23 cents per share.

The property management software maker posted revenue of $147.1 million in the period.

AppFolio expects full-year revenue in the range of $592 million to $598 million.

AppFolio shares have increased 66% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $175.28, a climb of 75% in the last 12 months.
