The bank, based in Glens Falls, New York, said it had earnings of 46 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $51.8 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $33.1 million, falling short of Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $30.1 million, or $1.77 per share. Revenue was reported as $133.9 million.
