The semiconductor materials supplier posted revenue of $17.4 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $18 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $2.05. A year ago, they were trading at $4.77.
