For the year, the company reported profit of $4.29 billion, or $117.40 per share. Revenue was reported as $21.37 billion.

Booking Holdings shares have increased 10% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $3,901.99, a climb of 61% in the last 12 months.
