Buy Buy Baby, a family supply store previously owned by Bed Bath & Beyond, will close its doors for good.

Back in April, Bed Bath & Beyond filed for bankruptcy and announced the closure of its brick-and-mortar stores. As a result, 360 Bed Bath & Beyond locations and 120 Buy Buy Baby storefronts closed and their stock was liquidated.

As part of bankruptcy liquidation, a judge approved the $15.5 million sale of Buy Buy Baby's intellectual property to Dream on Me Industries, a designer and supplier of baby products based in New Jersey. A major part of this deal was the exclusion of Buy Buy Baby's physical retail stores.

This sale was after a failed auction of Buy Buy Baby by its parent company, when it could not find a better offer that included the physical retail locations.
