On a per-share basis, the Cupertino, California-based company said it had a loss of 53 cents.

The biotechnology company posted revenue of $77,300 in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $77,000.

Cellular Biomedicine shares have increased 78 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
