Central Bank of the Ozarks opens mortgage office in Joplin

Oct. 23—Central Bank of the Ozarks opened on Oct. 17 its new mortgage office in Joplin. The new office, 2318 E. 32nd St., will help customers with mortgage lending, refinancing, home equity loans, VA loans, FHA loans, USDA loans and more.

"Central Bank of the Ozarks has had a community-minded focus in Southwest Missouri since 1956, and the time was right to invest and expand into the Joplin area market," Joselyn Baldner, CEO and president of Central Bank, said in a statement.

The bank has hired two local lenders to manage and run the new office, Jared Dickey and Elizabeth Riggins.

Central Bank of the Ozarks, a division of the Central Trust Bank, has been serving Southwest Missouri since 1956 and offers a host of community-based banking and financial services in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Highlandville, Marshfield, Strafford, Fair Grove, Pleasant Hope and Republic.
