Costco and Sam’s Club Are Having Huge Sales This Weekend
Why wait for Memorial Day at the end of the month when you can find big sales at your local warehouse store — or on its website — this weekend?
Maybe you’re itching for your next bargain. Maybe you still need a gift for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or a graduation. Whatever the case may be, you should know about the extra savings that Sam’s Club and Costco are offering this weekend.
‘Sizzling Saturday’ at Sam’s Club
Sam’s Club is having a “Sizzling Saturday Member Savings Event” this Saturday, May 11. You can take advantage of it in stores — doors open at 7 a.m. — or online.
This event entails so many discounts that Sam’s Club has put together an event catalog. You can flip through it online right now to see what items will be discounted on Saturday — we’re talking everything from summertime needs and wants to appliances, housewares, electronics, jewelry and gift cards.
Just note that Sam’s Club says that some items won’t be available until Saturday and to come back to its website Saturday for all event pricing.
Extra savings at Costco
Not to be outdone, Costco has multiple specials going on right now. They include the following:
The “Tech Days!” sale runs till Sunday — while supplies last. As of Thursday, a few items that were included in the sale had already sold out. But you will still find discounts of anywhere from $10 to $500. Check out this sale if you’re in the market for a TV, laptop, smaller devices or tech accessories.
Additional savings on clothing are available till May 21 : You will save anywhere from $3 to $30 extra if you buy at least three clothing items online. The more items you buy, the bigger your savings will be. Socks, shoes and underwear are excluded, though.
Extra savings on vitamins and supplements are available until Sunday : You will save anywhere from $5 to $15 if you buy at least three such items online.
The “Home Savings Event” runs till May 28 — while supplies last. “Furniture and more, delivered to your door,” Costco says of the items included in this online-only sale.
