MAUMEE, Ohio (AP) _ Dana Inc. (DAN) on Monday reported third-quarter net income of $95 million.

The Maumee, Ohio-based company said it had net income of 65 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 77 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 74 cents per share.

The automotive equipment supplier posted revenue of $1.98 billion in the period.

Dana expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.75 to $3.05 per share, with revenue in the range of $7.75 billion to $8.05 billion.

Dana shares have declined 48 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 45 percent in the last 12 months.
