Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton stage a 'Harry Potter' reunion in New York
They may have played childhood adversaries in eight Harry Potter movies, but in real life Tom Felton and Daniel Radcliffe remain on extremely friendly terms — as once again proved by their latest reunion.
Yesterday, Felton, famed for playing J.K. Rowling villain Draco Malfoy in her immensely popular wizarding saga, posted a new Instagram photo in which he’s all smiles, and arm in arm, with Radcliffe, who — as even muggles know — embodied Harry Potter himself in the cinematic franchise:

The occasion for this get-together was Radcliffe’s ongoing Broadway stint in The Lifespan of a Fact. In the play, based on John D’Agata’s essay “What Happens There,” about the real-life suicide of a Las Vegas teenager, the 29-year-old actor plays a fact-checker whose editor (Cherry Jones) has him look into an article penned by an unconventional author (Bobby Cannavale). With the above photo, Felton makes sure to let his followers know that Radcliffe is fantastic in the production, which is currently in previews ahead of its official Oct. 18 opening. Making this meeting even more apt, meanwhile, is that its location — in Radcliffe’s dressing room at Studio 54 — is only a few blocks away from Manhattan’s Lyric Theatre, where Harry Potter and the Cursed Child continues to play to enthusiastic sold-out crowds.
This is hardly the first time Felton has gotten back together with the old Hogwarts gang. In April, he uploaded a snapshot of himself with Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom).

And last year, he spent considerable time with other co-stars (including his Malfoy father, Jason Isaacs) at Universal Orlando’s “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” attraction.

Felton can next be seen in YouTube’s Origin, which will be presented at this week’s New York City Comic-Con in advance of its Nov. 14 online premiere. Whether he’ll also be stopping by The Cursed Child remains, for now, unknown — but theatergoers might want to keep their eyes out for him.
