The company is marking this milestone by holding a career fair and an open house event that will provide local residents with over 55 immediate job openings.
Due to the company's extraordinary success and the related plans to further expand its Long Island operation, Darby will be adding over 55 new internal positions over the next six months. The career fair will take place on Tuesday, October 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Melville Marriott at 1350 Walt Whitman Road in Melville, N.Y. Darby will also be holding an Open House at its main Headquarters at 300 Jericho Quadrangle in Jericho, NY on Saturday, October 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All attendees will have the opportunity to submit their resumes on the company's website, http://www.darbydental.com/careers/, or directly at the career fair. Qualified applicants will have an on-site interview with one of Darby's hiring managers at the open house event.

The number of private sector jobs on Long Island recently increased by 25,200, or 2.3 percent in July of 2013, and now Darby is able to add 55 jobs to the local growing job market.
