Deluxe: 2Q Earnings Snapshot

SHOREVIEW, Minn. (AP) _ Deluxe Corp. (DLX) on Thursday reported second-quarter net income of $60.2 million.

On a per-share basis, the Shoreview, Minnesota-based company said it had profit of $1.25. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and non-recurring costs, were $1.40 per share.

The provider of graphic arts design and check printing services posted revenue of $488.2 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in October, Deluxe expects its per-share earnings to range from $1.26 to $1.32.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $496 million to $504 million for the fiscal third quarter.

Deluxe expects full-year earnings in the range of $5.68 to $5.80 per share, with revenue ranging from $2.05 billion to $2.07 billion.

Deluxe shares have decreased 16 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 9.5 percent in the last 12 months.
