Demi Lovato Launches New Fabletics Line, Announces Part of the Profits Will Go to COVID-19 Relief

Demi Lovato has had a busy 2020, what with releasing new music and embarking on a possible new relationship. But she's also been hard at work on a new capsule collection with activewear brand Fabletics and she's now decided to push the collection launch forward and donate part of the proceeds to COVID-19 relief.

Demi shared the news about her upcoming line in a statement on Instagram, writing that it will drop on April 2. "I’ve really been going back and forth on if this was the right time... but decided this is a time to provide inspiration for my fans at home and to help those in need. $5 for every item sold will provide crucial gear to frontline workers, pledging up to $125,000 now through June 30 supporting the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization, powered by the United Nations Foundation," she shared.

Demi also shared a teaser video of the collection, where she's all suited up for a boxing match in a pretty blue tank top and shorts. It's a super short video so that's all we can see, but Demi assures us that her Fabletics line will be perfect for both self-quarantining and hitting the gym when things go back to normal.

"In addition to lifting up those in need right now, it's so important for us all to feel empowered, invincible, and strong from the inside out," she wrote. "My collection is designed to do just that — uplifting you with bold colors and amazing contouring for the biggest confidence boost. I love how these styles make you feel so supported when you put them on. Living an active lifestyle from home is all about wearing activewear, like leggings, bras, and tops you can wear from morning to night."

This isn't the first Demi has collaborated with the affordable activewear brand but we can't wait to see what her latest drop looks like. While we're excited to add some fun new activewear to our quarantine 'fits, we're also inspired by Demi's decision to help out where she can. "I hope you'll join me on our journey to project positivity, built inner strength, and boost each other up!" she wrote. "This is our chance to help the people in our community who need it most during this extraordinary time."
