Demi Lovato Is Rocking a New Summer ’Do, and It Took 2 Days to Create
Demi Lovato is officially cool blonde for the summer.
The “Confident” singer shared a sneak peek of her brand-new warm honey blonde ’do on her Instagram Stories yesterday, and we have to admit, it really suits her.
According to People, Los Angeles hairstylist Amber Maynard Bolt of Nine Zero One Salon spearheaded her hair makeover and used Joico Blonde Life products. She told the publication that the singer “had not done a change in a while and wanted something different.” We feel you, Demi, those curtain bangs are calling our name.
But the transition from brown to blonde wasn’t an easy one. As Maynard Bolt told Allure, the process took two days and two stylists to complete. Yikes. On the plus side, the celebrity colorist says they binge-watched Netflix and noshed on healthy food made by Lovato’s chef throughout the endeavor, so it probably wasn’t that arduous.
And we thought our two-hour strandlighting appointment was a time suck…
