Dillard’s, Inc. Announces $0.25 Cash Dividend

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., August 17, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dillard’s, Inc. (DDS-NYSE) (the "Company" or "Dillard’s") announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Class A and Class B Common Stock of the Company. This represents the Company’s 218th consecutive quarterly dividend since becoming a public company in 1969. The dividend is payable October 30, 2023 to shareholders of record as of September 29, 2023.
