Diversicare Healthcare: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (AP) _ Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. (DVCR) on Thursday reported a loss of $7.4 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Brentwood, Tennessee-based company said it had a loss of $1.15. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and to account for discontinued operations, were 15 cents per share.

The long-term care services provider posted revenue of $141.4 million in the period.

Diversicare Healthcare shares have dropped 40 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 49 percent in the last 12 months.
