The Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 2 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 1 cent per share.

The radio broadcasting company posted revenue of $372.1 million in the period.

Entercom Communications shares have decreased 36 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 27 percent in the last 12 months.
