Equitrans Midstream Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends

Equitrans Midstream Corp. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share and $0.4873 per share of Series A perpetual convertible preferred stock for third-quarter 2023, according to an Oct. 25 release.
The dividends will be payable on Nov. 14 to all applicable Equitrans Midstream shareholders on record by Nov. 3, the release stated.
The announcement comes after the company disclosed on Oct. 18 that its Mountain Valley Pipeline’s forecasted completion is now first-quarter 2024 at an increased project cost of $7.2 billion.
