The company posted revenue of $87.8 million in the period, missing Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $88.5 million.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $26.5 million, or 26 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $326.1 million.

For the current quarter ending in March, Eventbrite said it expects revenue in the range of $84 million to $87 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $359 million to $372 million.
