This Facebook Page Is Filled With Hilarious Car Nose Swaps
Brand collaborations run rampant in today’s automotive world. Mazda, Subaru, and BMW all build cars with Toyota. Mercedes supplies pretty much half the parts of any given Aston Martin. And we can't even count how many brands use the same transmissions nowadays. But most of those tie-ups are cleverly disguised beneath the surface. That’s why this Facebook page, which is dedicated to photoshopping alternate noses onto cars, is so hilarious and refreshing.
Call us simpletons, but since we discovered it yesterday, it’s been hard to look away. You can find half-baked jokes about the Supra being a BMW anywhere, but if you want to see a Supra with a blocky X6 schnoz pasted onto it there’s only one premier place to look. And while some may argue that the Ford Mustang Mach-E isn’t a real Mustang, this Shelby GT500 with a Mach-E nose sure looks the part.
But the true honest-to-God abominations are what this page, appropriately titled "Unnecessary automobile nose swaps," is all about. The page shared an image of a Fiat Multipla with a BMW E46 Compact nose near the windshield and a Pontiac Aztek grille on the lower fascia, which haunts my nightmares. Another shows a Ford Fiesta ST with an F-350 nose—sounds innocuous, but it looks like it will devour your children. There's a beloved E46 M3 desecrated by a mesh with a Murano CrossCabriolet.

The page isn’t not just cars. The visionaries behind Unnecessary Automobile Nose Swaps have grafted forklifts onto Honda Fits, naval ship bows onto NC Miatas, and so on. We can’t share all of these here, since we don’t have the rights to the photos, but that’s all the more reason for you to check the page out yourself.
