(NASDAQ: FDBC), parent company of The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, announce their declaration of the Company’s third quarter dividend of $0.36 per share. The dividend is payable September 8, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2023.
